So Outokumpu Vs Outokumpu, the big match, did Ben Duffy score a 30 yard screamer? Did I run the length of the pitch Ryan Giggs style and score a wonder goal? ……… Errrrm No!!

In fact we lost 3-2, giving the placement students up at the other Outokumpu site bragging rights! Some shoddy goalkeeping from yours truly and some wayward shots from Ben meant victory was beyond our grasp! Still it was all just a bit of fun and we did raise £50 for charity!

Just over a month to go for me now until the summer and spending all the money I have saved up. All the students are finishing exams and their educational careers at the moment and it makes you think, that’s going to be me in a years time, into the big wide world, getting a career and settling down. Ah well, at least I have another year of excessive drinking and yobbing around to go!

Outokumpu is chugging along nicely at the moment, no more redundancy talk and a steady flow of orders onto the system for me to nest away! The doom and gloom seemed to pass here quite quick, from a few months ago the threat of redundancies looming large to now everyone getting one with their day to day jobs. , it’s a much better place to work when job safety is not an issue!
