Christmas has been a very busy time at the factory! Although the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed, things are still hectic with lots to keep me busy. The date coding sheets where code avoidance was needed was a huge job, with me working very late before I went on holiday, and the launches of even more products in the new year has kept me busy! Going through the product files and updating paperwork was a huge job for the new Vegetarian lines as many amendments were needed and small adjustments to existing recipes. We didn’t have a Christmas party but Christmas dinner was served to all employees in the factory canteen and a raffle was also done which got everyone in the Christmas spirit! We’re now just doing work on complaints etc, not very exciting but it keeps me in a job!
